REACH ‖ 歐盟REACH 高度關注物質(SVHC)正式增加至201項

2019年7月16日，歐洲化學品管理局ECHA發佈了候選清單第21次更新，新增了4種高度關注物質，SVHC清單正式從197更新為201項。
除了在3月和4月進行公眾諮詢的三種物質外，還有一種物質4-叔丁基苯酚(PTBP)也被列入SVHC候選清單。2019年7月12日，歐盟官方公報發表了決議EU 2019/1194，該決議認定PTBP為SVHC，原因是其內分泌干擾特性。

歐冠(CPST)提醒企業，SVHC是“Substance of Very High Concern”（高度關注物質）的英文簡稱，是指對於人類和環境造成風險而引起高度關注的物質。根據REACH法規第7.2條款的規定，當產品中含有SVHC物質時，且含量超過0.1%時，將需要向ECHA通報或者在供應鏈內進行資訊傳遞。即日起的6個月內，單種SVHC在物品中品質百分濃度超過0.1%，且進入歐盟超過1噸/年/公司，則該物品的生產商或進口商必須向ECHA進行通報。
